Pellegrino Artusi, father of Italian cuisine, published in 1891 “The science in the kitchen and the art of eating well”, the recipe manual containing the researches and travels made by the gastronome among the traditions of the Bel Paese. In 2022, a century later, Marco Artusi opens Artusi la Salsamenteria in Parma. Inside palazzo Dalla Rosa Prati, a few meters away from the Baptistery and the Cathedral of Parma, the experience and the gastronomic paths of Parma and the whole Italy has been united in one place.
